As a performer, I've always know just how important it is to have an excellent group of musicians within the ensemble. However, without an individual who can organize, evaluate, and provide more than just a player for a gig, you may discover that you've found yourself in a difficult situation. Locating, hiring, and organizing musicians can be a bit daunting, which is the very reason MMP was founded.

The original goal was to simply assist churches, but we've grown and now organize much more, including music festivals, masterclasses for auditions, recordings, private parties, weddings and the list goes on. Now, with over 30+ years of experience, we are having a great time creating music and assisting our friends from over the decades, as well as making new friends daily.
